当用转向把手操作牙嵌式转向离合器时,一侧驱动轮功力被切断,当转弯半径小、高速转向时,会因迟松转向把手而造成严重事故。那么,怎样才能保证机车转向时的安全呢?1.起步时尽量不转向。起步转弯,动力切断的一侧驱动轮停止转动,未切断动力的另一侧驱动轮绕静止的驱动轮加速转向,而不易控制。牙嵌式转向器的良好啮合靠转向弹簧保证。若弹簧力较弱或转向把手被他人动过,停车时转向齿轮牙嵌齿易被中央减速齿轮轮毂牙嵌顶住,使该侧驱动力被切断,拖拉机会突然起步转向而发生意想不到的事故。2.上坡时少用转向把手转向。上坡时,如用转向把手转向,动力被切断的一侧驱动轮在下坡分力作用下迅速由前进变为静止,而动力未被切断的一侧驱动轮仍在行驶,转
