延安专区在五○年遭受严重的黄疸、雹、虫、冻等灾害的情况下,仍能基本上完成了恢复与发展经济的重大任务,主要是各级领导上掌握了群众路线、民主领导的正确方法。总结中更具体的提出今后要加强各级干部思想教育,培养乡村干部,并决心要用90%的力量作好群众工作,这些都是值得介绍各地参考的。抗美援朝,今天已是关系到全国母个人的最大的事情,各级人民政府更要用一切力量作好这一工作。延安专区在五○年虽做了不少抗美援朝的宣传教育工作,但在五一年的计划中没有更进一步加强计划、领导是不妥当的,应加注意。
