王生义,1944年生,河北省石家庄市人,1966年毕业于天津美术学院。历任河北省山水画研究会副会长,河北省美协理事,石家庄市美协副主席。长期以来从事山水画创作,坚持在传统的基础上,一手伸向生活,一手伸向现代意识。大半生跑遍了太行山的山山水水,成为深入太行最广最深的画家之一。经过几十年的艰辛努力,他的山水画创作已经形成了具有浓厚的北方山川气息和鲜明时代特色的独特艺术风格。
Wang Shengyi, born in 1944, a native of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, graduated from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1966. Served as vice president of Hebei Province Landscape Painting Association, Hebei Province, the United States Association, Shijiazhuang City, vice chairman of the Association. Has long been engaged in landscape painting, adhere to the traditional basis, one hand to life, one hand toward the modern consciousness. Most of his life traveled the mountains and rivers of the Taihang Mountains and became one of the deepest painters in Taihang. After decades of arduous efforts, his landscape painting has formed a unique artistic style with a strong northern flavor and distinctive features of the times.
