2006年,四川省资中县整合各类支农资金,充分发挥财政资金的集聚引领优势,集中资金办大事,将整合支农资金重点投向新农村建设示范村,实现“三农”投入的产业集聚、地域集中和项目集聚,使有限的资金发挥最大的效益。全年共整合各类支农资金8937万元,加上农民自筹及投劳折资5244万元,投入新农村建设资金达到1.42亿元,实施支农项目29项。目前,这些整合项目已全部完工。2007
In 2006, Zizhong County, Sichuan Province, integrated various kinds of supporting agriculture funds, gave full play to the gathering of financial funds to lead the advantage and concentrated the funds to do major events. The key point of integrating supporting agriculture funds was to invest in demonstrative villages for new rural areas so as to realize “Three Rural Issues” Industrial agglomeration, geographical concentration and project clustering, the limited funds to maximize the benefits. A total of 89.37 million yuan of various types of supporting agriculture were consolidated in the year. Coupled with 52.44 million yuan of funds raised by the farmers themselves and their labor service, funds for the construction of new rural areas reached 142 million yuan and implemented 29 agriculture-supporting projects.
