为了提高秦巴山区人口素质,搞好优生优育,尽快改变秦巴山区贫穷落后面貌;省人民政府委托我校在年内完成秦巴山区“痴、呆、聋、哑、傻”综合科学考察任务。这次科学考察旨在搞清秦巴山区“痴、呆、聋、哑、傻”的患病率,分析病因及影响因素,提出防治措施。从而为我省秦巴山区制定人口规划,提高人口素质,开发智力和振兴山区经济提供科学依据。这次科学考察是我省对秦巴山区建国以来第一次大规模的抽样调查工作,此项工作已于六月底在安康
In order to improve the quality of population in Qinling-Bashan Mountains and do well in prenatal and postnatal care, we should change the impoverished and backward outlook of Qinling-Bashan mountainous areas as soon as possible. The provincial people’s government commissioned the school to complete the task of comprehensive scientific investigation of “dementia, dull, deaf, dumb and silly” in the Qinling-Bashan Mountains during the year. The purpose of this scientific expedition is to understand the prevalence of “idiot, dumb, deaf, dumb and silly” in Qinba Mountains, analyze the etiology and influencing factors, and put forward prevention and treatment measures. Thus providing a scientific basis for the population planning of Qinling-Bashan Mountains in our province to make population planning, improve population quality, develop intelligence and revitalize mountain economy. This scientific expedition is the first large-scale sample survey conducted by our province since the founding of the Qinling and Balbir mountain regions.
