我们队是个较干旱的地方,无霜期短。近年来,我们坚持良种良法,获得了洋芋高额丰产。一九七三年种的三百一十四亩洋芋,平均亩产二千五百七十斤。一九七四年虽遭一百多天的大旱,亩产仍达一千六百斤。实践使我们认识到,只要路线对头,方法得当,技术措施赶上去,干旱地区不但可以推广良种,而且能保证增产。我们推广、种植洋芋的办法是:一、选好茬口,早耕深翻。我们种洋芋的地大部份是上半年的小麦茬,在伏天全部用步犁耕头遍;秋后耕二遍,一部份用拖拉机犁,一部份用步犁和老杠套耕,深度达七至八寸。二、改浅种为适当深种。这两年种洋芋一律用步犁播种,深度五寸左右。适当深种,在
