一、现状新浦区地域辽阔.共有11所中学.数学课程改革稳步推进,教学教研管理日趋规范.推进数学教育均衡化发展已初见成效.但全区教学教研工作存在如下问题.1.课程改革不够深入.有的数学教师不重视新课程改革.存在抵触情绪,不能把握课改内涵.缺乏对课改深远意义的认识.有的数学教师过分依赖于指导,期盼他人能提供现成的模式,缺乏主题意识.“等要靠”思想严重.有些数学教师综合素质不高,学习力度不够.领会新课改精神有偏差.新课改落实不到位.
I. Current situation Xinpu District has a vast territory. There are 11 secondary schools in all. The mathematics curriculum reform has been steadily progressing, and teaching and research management has become increasingly standard. The promotion of balanced development of mathematics education has achieved initial success. However, the teaching and research work in the region has the following problems. 1. Curriculum Reform Not deep enough. Some mathematics teachers do not attach importance to the new curriculum reform. There is resistance, and the connotation of curriculum reform cannot be grasped. There is a lack of understanding of the profound meaning of curriculum reform. Some math teachers are overly dependent on guidance and expect others to provide ready-made models. Lack of thematic awareness, “such as relying on” thoughts are serious. Some mathematics teachers have low comprehensive quality and insufficient learning ability. They understand that the spirit of the new curriculum reform is biased. The new curriculum reform is not implemented.
