在水泥凝结时,会产生大量的水化热,由于混凝土是绝热材料,因此产生的水化热不能及时释放,导致大体积混凝土内部温度不断升高,形成混凝土的内外温差,当温差过大或升降速度过快时,混凝上就会出现温度裂缝。温度裂缝的产生会降低承台基础的承载能力,降低混凝土的耐久性,造成建筑物安全隐患,危害极大,因此,必须对大体积混凝土进行温度控制研究。本文介绍了大体积砼的施工,对施工缝产生的原因进行分析,提出了大体积施工缝的防治对策,仅供交流。
When the cement is concreted, a large amount of hydration heat will be generated. Since the concrete is an adiabatic material, the heat of hydration generated can not be released in time, causing the internal temperature of the mass concrete to continuously increase, forming the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete. When the temperature difference is too large or When the lifting speed is too fast, there will be temperature cracks on the coagulation. The occurrence of temperature cracks will reduce the bearing capacity of foundation, reduce the durability of concrete and cause potential safety hazard in buildings. Therefore, the temperature control of mass concrete must be studied. This article introduces the construction of mass concrete, analyzes the causes of construction joints, and puts forward the prevention and control measures of large-volume construction joints, only for the exchange.
