20世纪铸造熔炼技术的发展引人注目,一些新型的环保、节能型化铁炉也脱颖而出。本文简要地介绍了燃气冲天炉、附加燃料冲天炉、中频连续感应电炉、氧气·天然气回转炉、高速感应熔炼装置、脱锌感应熔炼装置等新型化铁炉的熔炼机理、炉型结构和主要特点。
The development of casting smelting technology in the 20th century attracts people’s attention. Some new environmentally-friendly and energy-saving iron furnaces also stand out. This paper briefly introduces the melting mechanism, furnace structure and main features of new type iron furnace such as gas cupola, additional fuel cupola, medium frequency continuous induction furnace, oxygen / gas rotary kiln, high speed induction melting device and dezincification induction melting device .
