主要论述蹦床运动技术训练的心理基础。着重从蹦床训练基本心理特点、技术训练的心理特点及运动技能形成的心理特点三个方面进行了阐述,通过对蹦床心理训练的一些个人见解,与同仁商榷。
Mainly discusses the trampoline sports training psychological basis. The paper mainly elaborates the basic psychological characteristics of trampoline training, the psychological characteristics of technical training and the psychological characteristics formed by sports skills. Through some personal opinions on trampoline psychological training, it is discussed with my colleagues.
