文化相关即文化的相互关联,指文化作为一个系统,系统内部诸要素的相互关联和系统外部不同文化系统间的相互关联;前者是内相关,后者是外相关。从相关性质,文化相关可分为正向相关和逆向相关;从相关表现,文化相关还可分为潜在相关和显现相关。文化的内外相关紧密联系在一起。文化相关始终处于动态平衡状态,不具有绝对性,不同文化绝对相关和绝对不相关并不存在。在经济全球化和全球性文化交往背景下,我国应首先注重文化的内相关,以全球性眼界进行文化建设;同时积极注重文化的外相关,加强文化的交流与互动,提升中华民族文化的影响力。
Cultural interrelatedness refers to the interrelation of cultures. It refers to the interrelation of culture as a system, inter-system elements and inter-system external cultural systems. The former is inter-related and the latter is extra-related. From the relevant nature, the cultural correlation can be divided into positive and negative correlation; from the relevant performance, cultural correlation can also be divided into potentially relevant and revealing related. The internal and external aspects of culture are closely linked. Cultural relations are always in a state of dynamic equilibrium, not absolute, and cultures that are absolutely relevant and absolutely irrelevant do not exist. Under the background of economic globalization and global cultural exchange, our country should pay attention to the internal correlation of culture and culture construction from a global perspective. At the same time, we should pay more attention to the external correlation of culture, strengthen the exchange and interaction of culture and enhance the influence of Chinese culture force.
