我国是一个林业资源匮乏的国家,林业资源是社会实现可持续发展的重要基础。其中,生态公益林的构建既是林业体系中的重要部分,也是实现林业产业发展的基础。但是,在生态公益林管理中还存在一系列现实问题。基于此,以福建省寿宁县为例,分析现阶段生态公益林管理存在的问题,并提出相应的完善对策,以实现生态公益林公益价值最大化的管理目标。
Our country is a country lacking in forestry resources. Forestry resources are the important foundation for the society to achieve sustainable development. Among them, the construction of ecological public welfare forest is not only an important part of the forestry system, but also the basis for the development of forestry industry. However, there are still a series of practical problems in the management of ecological public welfare forests. Based on this, taking Shouning County of Fujian Province as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of ecological public welfare forests and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to achieve the goal of maximizing the public welfare value of ecological public welfare forests.
