环氧化合物在混凝土工程中得到了广泛的应用,如保护层、灌浆、胶粘剂、封闭剂、粘结剂、修补料材及一般的粘附剂等。 本文介绍了在混凝土与砂浆中所应用的环氧树脂系统的性质、用途、制造、混合物、应用及其操作要求,提供了环氧物的粘结性及其化学、热学与物理性质,并且论述了为适应具体情况而对上述性质进行调整的问题。 本文论述了表面处理的问题,提供了使环氧物成功地粘结于其它材料的操作程及技术。略述了底材(basematertal)及环氧化合物的温度条件,论述了设备的清洗与维护,提供了在若干使用环氧化合物的情况下所应遵守的操作程序。本文也讨论了使环氧化合物固化从而发挥其功能的主要因素与固化速率的变化问题。本文指出了环氧物以及在工业上和它们一起使用的化学剂的过敏性与毒性产生的危害,并提出了安全防护的细节。
Epoxy compounds in concrete engineering has been widely used, such as protective layer, grouting, adhesives, sealants, adhesives, repair materials and general adhesives and so on. This article describes the properties, uses, manufacture, blends, applications, and operational requirements of epoxy systems used in concrete and mortar, provides epoxy adhesion and chemical, thermal and physical properties, and discusses The question of adjusting the above-mentioned nature to suit specific situations. This article addresses the issue of surface preparation and provides procedures and techniques for successfully bonding epoxy to other materials. The temperature conditions for the basematertal and epoxy compounds are outlined, and the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment is discussed, providing the operating procedures to be followed in the case of several epoxy compounds. This article also discusses the main factors that affect the cure of an epoxy compound and its effect on the curing rate. This article points out the hazards posed by epoxies and the allergies and toxicities of chemicals used in industry with them and presents the details of safety protection.
