通过控制平均加热速度研究AZ31镁合金和6061铝合金异种金属直接接触反应钎焊。结果表明,最佳连接温度为450℃,保温5 s,平均加热速度为100℃/min。焊接接头的剪切强度为35.4 MPa。断裂发生在接头的界面处,断裂是脆性断裂。最佳工艺条件下减少了接头中Mg_(17)Al_(12)相的数量和尺寸,提高了接头的综合性能。
By controlling the average heating rate of AZ31 magnesium alloy and 6061 aluminum alloy dissimilar metals direct contact reaction brazing. The results showed that the best connection temperature was 450 ℃, holding time was 5 s, the average heating rate was 100 ℃ / min. The shear strength of welded joints is 35.4 MPa. Fracture occurs at the interface of the joint and the fracture is a brittle fracture. Under optimum conditions, the number and size of Mg_ (17) Al_ (12) phases in the joint were reduced, and the overall performance of the joint was improved.
