目的:优选竹节参总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验对竹节参总皂苷的提取工艺优化,以比色法测定不同工艺提取物中竹节参总皂苷含量。结果:竹节参总皂苷最佳提取工艺为,提取次数2次、浸提时间1.0 h、乙醇含量70%,固液比为1:20时总皂苷的得率最高,平均为7.57%。结论:此方法提取率高,方法重复性好,为今后竹节参资源工业化开发提供了一定理论参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Panax japonicus. Methods: The extraction process of total saponins from Panax japonicus was optimized by L_9 (3~4) orthogonal test. The content of total saponins in Panax japonicus was determined by colorimetry. Results: The optimum extraction process of total saponins of Panax japonicus was as follows: extraction times 2, extraction time 1.0 h, ethanol content 70%, solid-liquid ratio 1:20, the highest yield of total saponins, with an average of 7.57%. Conclusion: This method has high extraction rate and good reproducibility of the method, which provides a theoretical reference for the future industrial development of Panax japonicus resources.
