随着工业空前大规模产生的大量废弃物,已经愈来愈显示出对生活环境乃至人类生存的威胁,如何处理好工业废弃物,并对其中的有用物质予以回收利用,降低对环境的危害,是当今亟待解决的重要问题。由于科学技术的不断提高,对从硫酸镍溶液中萃取分离铜锌锰工艺也提出了更高的要求。研究得出用P204从硫酸镍溶液中萃取分离铜锌锰的最佳工艺条件为:室温下p H为3,P204体积比为15%,皂化率为30%,相比1∶1,萃取振荡时间为1 min,静置5 min,萃取级数为3级。
