本文首先对石棉离合器片与刹车片,按 JC129—66标准试验测定的冲击强度、布氏硬度,常温、高温摩擦系数和常温、高温磨损等960个数据、进行电算统计求出了各自的分布、平均值、标准偏差、合格率及其回归方程;同时又对石棉离合器片与刹车片在 MD—240摩擦试验机上测定的428个数据,进行电算回归分折,分别求出了摩擦系数、磨损率对温度的回归方程,并探讨了它们之间的相互关系,从而为产品的生产厂家全面准确地了解产品质量,寻找造一步提高产品质量的途径和为产品的使用厂家的离合器与制动器的设计提供了可靠的依据.
