交感神经过度激活是室性心律失常发生的重要机制之一。经皮肾去交感神经导管射频消融术可有效降低心脏交感神经活动,从而达到治疗和预防室性心律失常的作用,有望成为临床治疗复杂性室性心律失常的另一新方法。
Sympathetic over-activation is one of the important mechanisms of ventricular arrhythmia. Radiofrequency ablation of percutaneous renal de-sympathectomy can effectively reduce the cardiac sympathetic activity, so as to achieve the effect of treating and preventing ventricular arrhythmia. It is expected to become another new method for clinical treatment of complex ventricular arrhythmias.
