According to Article 87 of “Criteria for Evaluating Bodily Injury”, injuries caused by traumatic shock, hemorrhagic shock or septic shock are seriously injured. Article 49 of “Criteria for Evaluating Minor Wound Injury (Trial)” stipulates that all kinds of injuries, Pre-shock symptoms of hemorrhage, signs of a minor injury.
