近二十年来,国际法院、欧盟法院和国际刑事法院等国际司法机构程序的发展,呈现出一系列新的趋势与动向。国际司法程序无论是在公正性和效率性方面,还是在自身完善和人权保护方面,都有了显著的加强。这些变化增加了国际法的刚性,丰富了国际法的内容,并对国际法的主题理论和渊源学说等,产生了一系列的积极影响。
In the recent two decades, the development of international judicial institutions such as the International Court of Justice, the European Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court has shown a series of new trends and trends. The international judicial process has significantly strengthened both in terms of impartiality and efficiency, as well as in self-improvement and protection of human rights. These changes have increased the rigidity of international law and enriched the content of international law. They have also had a series of positive effects on the thematic theories and patriarchal theories of international law.
