1.引言本文介绍一种用金属板成形管状拉深件的新工艺。这种工艺可使成形长度达到材料厚度的5倍之多(图1)。这种工艺利用挤压与拉深的复合作用,可获得非通孔拉深件。该项工艺正在申请世界专利。 2.现有成形工艺的局限性 (1)拉深这种方法往往需要多次连续拉深才能获得与上述新工艺产品尺寸比例相近的拉深件。另外,若拉深件是板材零件的一部分,则很难避免出现严重变形(图2)。 (2)剪切挤压
1. INTRODUCTION This paper presents a new process for forming tubular drawing parts from sheet metal. This process allows the forming length to be up to 5 times the material thickness (Figure 1). This process utilizes the combined effect of extrusion and drawing to obtain non-through-hole drawing parts. The process is applying for world patents. 2 limitations of the existing forming process (1) drawing this method often requires multiple continuous drawing in order to obtain the proportion of the new process products with a similar proportion of drawing parts.
