病儿 ,男 ,１０岁 ,体重１８ｋｇ,自幼易感冒并肺部感染。近一年来 ,心慌、气短、口唇发绀症状加重。查体 :脉搏８５次／分 ,血压１４／９ｋｐａ ,静息状态下口唇轻度紫绀 ,活动后紫绀明显。心前区隆起 ,胸骨左缘２—４肋间可闻及Ⅱ级粗糙的收缩期杂音 ,肺动脉第２音亢强分裂。
Sick child, male, 10 years old, weighing 18kg, susceptible to influenza and lung infection. The past year, palpitation, shortness of breath, cyanosis of lips increased. Physical examination: pulse 85 beats / min, blood pressure 14 / 9kpa, resting lips mild cyanosis, cyanotic significantly after the activity. Anterior precinct uplift, left sternal border 2-4 intercostal stenosis can be heard and Ⅱ rough systolic murmur, pulmonary tone of the second tone strong mitosis.
