目的探讨初产妇临产时胎头未衔接对分娩的影响。方法对2005年6月～2006年6月足月单胎初产妇临产时胎头未衔接125例进行临床分析,并与同期足月单胎初产妇胎头衔接者120例对照。结果胎头未衔接的主要原因以异常胎位为主,其次为脐带因素、骨盆异常,胎儿过大、骨盆倾斜度过大等,临产时胎头未衔接增加了剖宫产机率。结论临产时胎头未衔接,应注意查找原因,提出适当的分娩计划,若无明显头盆不称者,则给予试产机会。
Objective To explore the effect of unwound fetal head during delivery on labor during labor. Methods From June 2005 to June 2006, 125 cases of full-term unmarried unmarried fetal unmarried labor during first trimester of full-term pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively and compared with 120 cases of full-term unmarried fetus with single fetus at the same period. Results The main causes of uncontact fetal head were abnormal fetal position, followed by umbilical cord factors, pelvic anomalies, fetus is too large, pelvic tilt is too large, when the fetal head is not connected to increase the probability of cesarean section. Conclusions The fetal head does not converge at the time of labor, should pay attention to find out the reason, put forward the appropriate delivery plan, if there is no obvious head basin who are not, then given trial production opportunity.
