我们的研究表明,专业的IT管理能提高利润率并促进企业发展。要理解这个关系,我们需要仔细地看看核心业务流程。首先解释我们曾使用过的核心商务过程的定义和总结IT对它们的影响,然后分别讨论这些过程。核心业务流程的定义我们在制造业中定义的核心业务流程主要有三种: 产品开发包括开发过程的所有步骤:开发产品的概念、设计和产品原型的介绍、测试及市场推广。用来创建产品和各种服务的可操作的核心流程可以分解为以下的子过程:市场和销售,订单处理(物流管理)、生产和售后服务。
Our research shows that professional IT management can improve profitability and promote business growth. To understand this relationship, we need to look carefully at the core business processes. First explain the core business process we used to define and summarize the impact of IT on them, and then discuss these processes separately. Definition of Core Business Processes There are basically three core business processes that we define in Manufacturing: Product Development Includes all the steps in the development process: Concept of Product Development, Introduction to Design and Product Prototyping, Testing and Marketing. The operational core processes used to create products and services can be broken down into the following sub-processes: marketing and sales, order processing (logistics management), production and after-sales services.
