研究了纳米结构锆合金氧化过程中 ZrO2晶格常数的变化。结果表明,氧化过程中,纳米组织合金基底上形成的 ZrO2晶格常数变化与普通粗晶基底上形成的 ZrO2晶格常数变化有显著不同。纳米组织合金基底上形成的 t-ZrO2,晶胞体积在氧化过程中不断缩小,由 t-ZrO2转变形成的 m-ZrO2晶胞体积也在不断减小;而普通粗晶基底上形成的 t-ZrO2晶胞体积减小时,转变形成的 m-ZrO2晶胞体积却在不断膨胀。对此并进行了分析讨论。
The change of lattice constant of ZrO2 during the oxidation of nanostructured zirconium alloys was studied. The results show that the change of lattice constant of ZrO2 formed on the base of nanostructured alloy during oxidation is significantly different from the change of lattice constant of ZrO2 formed on ordinary coarse base. The volume of the unit cell of t-ZrO2 formed on the substrate of the nano-structure alloy is continuously reduced during the oxidation process, and the volume of the unit cell of m-ZrO2 formed by the conversion of t-ZrO2 is also decreasing. On the other hand, the t- When the volume of ZrO 2 unit cell decreases, the unit cell volume of m-ZrO 2 formed by transformation changes. This analysis was discussed.
