本文在用缓慢弯曲法测试灰砂硅酸盐混凝土断裂参数的同时,记录了声发射事件率dNe/dt曲线。通过分析,得出灰砂硅酸盐混凝土加载断裂过程可分为:裂纹孕育、微裂缝引发、主裂纹扩展三个阶段。试验表明:当试验机刚度较大时,灰砂硅酸盐混凝土的主裂纹扩展起始点总是在(荷载)P——Δ(挠度)曲线的下降分枝;声发射技术可以确定试件的主裂纹扩展起始点及微裂纹引发相对起始点,并可以用来分析灰砂硅酸盐混凝土的断裂特征。
This article records the acoustic emission event rate dNe/dt curve while testing the fracture parameters of lime-sand-silicate concrete with slow bending method. Through analysis, it can be concluded that the loading fracture process of lime-sand silicate concrete can be divided into three stages: crack infertility, micro-fracture initiation and main crack propagation. The test shows that when the rigidity of the testing machine is relatively large, the starting point of the main crack propagation of the lime-sand-silicate concrete is always in the (load) P-Δ (deflection) curve’s descending branch; acoustic emission technology can determine the test piece’s The main crack initiation point and microcracks initiate the relative starting point, and can be used to analyze the fracture characteristics of lime-sand-silicate concrete.
