本文选取2009~2012年中国证券市场的数据,采用事件研究法,研究声誉在财务丑闻中的作用。研究发现,声誉在上市公司发生了财务违规、谴责事件后对股东财富的损失具有积极的挽回作用。
This article selects the data of China’s securities market from 2009 to 2012 and uses incident research method to study the role of reputation in the financial scandal. The study found that the reputation of listed companies in financial irregularities, condemned the incident after the loss of shareholder wealth has a positive role in the recovery.
