今年3月份以来,我院有五项科研成果相继通过鉴定。激光平面度仪由计量中心陈清明副教授主持研制。3月15日通过兵器工业总公司教育局委托西北兵工局组织的部级鉴定。该仪器以一个在空间自动安平的激光面作基准,由光电测头跟踪瞄准激光面测得被测平面的平面度误差,并通过计算机数据处理打印测量结果。测量数据能反映被测平面的全貌,可用作大平面的平面度测量,也可用作大平面的加工控制。
Since March this year, our hospital has five scientific research results have been identified. Laser flatness measurement center by Chen Qingming associate professor presided over the development. March 15 by the Ordnance Industry Corporation commissioned by the Northwest Bureau of Ordnance Bureau level appraisal. The instrument uses an automatically flattened laser surface in the space as a benchmark, by the photoelectric probe to track the laser plane to measure the flatness of the measured plane error and print the measurement results through computer data processing. The measurement data can reflect the whole picture of the plane under test, which can be used as the flatness measurement of the large plane and also as the machining control of the large plane.
