目的 :评价彩色多普勒能量图 (CDE)在血管生成抑制剂治疗前列腺癌鼠模型中的检测作用。方法 :将人 PC- 3m前列腺癌块移植于 2 4只 Balb/ C雄性裸鼠皮下。选用鱼精蛋白作为血管生成抑制剂。荷瘤裸鼠分成大剂量组、小剂量组和对照组 ,并分别皮下注射鱼精蛋白。计算机辅助测定 CDE血流信号像素网格数 ,并与肿瘤微血管密度 (MVD)对照分析。结果 :大剂量组、小剂量组和对照组的血流信号平均像素网格数分别为 1.44、 2 .13、 5 .75(P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,三组 MVD分别为 9.6 3、 2 8.6 3和 46 .13 (P<0 .0 1)、像素网格数与 MVD的相关系数为 0 .7831~ 0 .92 43 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :CDE可以用于血管生成抑制剂疗效的判定
PURPOSE: To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler energy imaging (CDE) in the treatment of prostate cancer mouse models by angiogenesis inhibitors. METHODS: Human PC-3m prostate cancer mass was subcutaneously transplanted into 24 Balb / C male nude mice. Protamine is chosen as an angiogenesis inhibitor. Nude mice bearing tumors were divided into high-dose group, low-dose group and control group, and were subcutaneously injected with protamine. Computer-assisted determination of CDE blood flow signal pixel grid number and tumor microvessel density (MVD) control analysis. Results: The average pixel grid number of high-dose group, low-dose group and control group were 1.44, 2.13, 5.75 (P <0.05-0.01), respectively (P <0. 01), the correlation coefficient between pixel grids and MVD was 0.7831 ~ 0.92 43 (P <0.01). Conclusion: CDE can be used to determine the efficacy of angiogenesis inhibitors
