研究了不同酸溶铝含量的20Cr2Ni4A钢奥氏体晶粒长大过程。结果表明:本质晶粒度检验中出现混晶与否决定于奥氏体晶粒的粗化温度,而粗化温度的高低则取决于钢中酸溶铝含量。研究还表明20Cr2Ni4A钢中酸溶铝含量以0.03~0.07%为宜。
The austenite grain growth of 20Cr2Ni4A steel with different acid-soluble aluminum contents was studied. The results show that the presence of mixed crystals in the intrinsic grain size test depends on the coarsening temperature of the austenite grains, whereas the coarsening temperature depends on the content of acid-soluble aluminum in the steel. The study also shows that 20Cr2Ni4A acid-soluble aluminum content of 0.03 to 0.07% is appropriate.
