江苏张家港市实施课堂改革,小组合作学习成为被推行的主要的教学策略。经过恶补理论、观摩示范课后,我满腔热忱地在我教授的班级开展小组合作学习。综合考察学生的情况后,我按异质分组的原则,从学生的性别、学习成绩、能力入手,兼顾学生的家庭经济状况、社会背景、性格、脾气等方面的差异,把全班分成6组,每组6人~7人,每组成员按马蹄形围坐,明确各自分工。
