油田HSE管理能力研究

HSE管理从诞生发展到现在,在企业的管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用,石油行业作为我国能源发展的支柱产业,其HSE管理的水平更应该得到重视。随着经济的发展和社会的进步,对于油田的HSE管理提出了更高水平的要求。文章通过调研分析,研究了我国油田HSE管理能力的存在问题,结合油田的实际和HSE管理理论,建立了油田HSE管理能力评价体系和提高油田HSE管理水平的措施。通过提高了油田HSE管理水平,促进了油田的稳定发展。

From the birth to the present, HSE management plays an increasingly important role in the management of enterprises. As the pillar industry of energy development in our country, the HSE management should pay more attention to HSE management. With the economic development and social progress, HSE management of oilfields has put forward a higher level of requirements. Through investigation and analysis, the article studies the existing problems of HSE management ability in oilfield in our country. Based on the practice of oilfield and HSE management theory, the paper establishes evaluation system of HSE management ability and measures to improve HSE management level in oilfield. By improving the HSE management level of the oilfield, it has promoted the stable development of the oilfield.
