如何根据国民经济的发展来改革、调整、充实外语教学内容,使外语教育更好地为国民经济的发展服务。目前,全国高校都面临着这样一个课题。教育体制改革和教学内容改革将成为这个历史阶段的两个重大主题,是我国高等教育的重点和难点。为了适应科学技术发展和我国经济建设,特别是社会主义市场经济体制对人才的需求,培养面向21世纪的高质量人才,需加快教学改革的步伐,加大改革的力度和深度。
How to reform, adjust and enrich the contents of foreign language teaching according to the development of the national economy so that foreign language education can better serve the development of national economy. At present, colleges and universities all over the country face such a task. The reform of educational system and teaching content will be the two major themes in this historical stage and will be the focus and difficulty of our country’s higher education. In order to adapt to the development of science and technology and the demand for talents in the economic construction of our country, especially the socialist market economy, and to cultivate high-quality talents for the 21st century, we must speed up the pace of teaching reform and intensify the intensity and depth of the reform.
