本文以国产Y7125和Y7431型磨齿机为例,探讨了分度盘分度类型的磨齿机采用分度盘误差的“正弦消减法”、光电反馈、密珠主轴与心轴以及“易位法磨齿”等方法,作为提高被磨齿轮周节精度的有效途径。将为充分发挥国产磨齿机和进口同类型机床的效能,以及改装精化这些机床,采用特殊工艺手段,磨制高于原机床精度指标的高精度齿轮和齿轮刀具提供了理论依据和具体方法。
