目的:考察中学生知觉到的教师领导行为与其自我概念的关系。方法:使用教师领导行为问卷、田纳西自我概念量表对494名中学生进行问卷调查。结果:①教师民主行为与学生自我概念正性因子及总分呈正相关,与自我批评因子呈负相关;教师权威行为、放任行为及期望差距与学生自我概念的相关模式与教师民主行为相反;②教师民主行为对学生自我概念总分有正向预测作用;③在民主型领导模式下,学生的自我概念更为积极,在权威型与放任型领导模式下,学生的自我概念水平没有明显差异。结论:教师领导行为对中学生自我概念有一定影响。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between secondary school teacher perceived teacher leadership and self-concept. Methods: 494 middle school students were surveyed using the Teacher Leadership Behavior Questionnaire and the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale. Results: ①The teacher democratic behavior is positively correlated with the positive factor and the total score of self-concept of students, and negatively correlated with the self-criticism factor; the correlation model between teachers ’authoritative behavior, laissez-faire behavior and expectation gap and student self-concept is opposite to that of teachers’ democracy; Teacher democratic behavior has a positive predictive effect on the total self-concept score of students; ③ Under the democratic leadership model, students ’self-concept is more positive. Under authoritative and laissez-faire leadership model, there is no significant difference in students’ self-concept. Conclusion: Teacher leadership behavior has some influence on middle school students’ self-concept.
