外墙渗漏是现代建筑工程的质量通病,当建筑工程中出现外墙渗漏时,不仅给工程的影响造成了影响,更严重的是出现外墙渗漏能够严重的影响到建筑工程的质量,甚至引发一系列的建筑质量安全事故,从而给人们的生命财产安全造成威胁,并且也给人们的生活带来了极大的不便。因此在现代的建筑工程中,必须对建筑外墙渗漏问题引起高度重视,并且应该加大建筑外墙的防渗力度,从而才能够确保建筑建筑工程的质量。在对建筑外墙进行防渗漏施工时,应该结合该建筑外墙的实际情况,采用科学合理的防渗漏施工技术,从而才能够确保建筑外墙防渗漏施工质量。本文通过对建筑外墙渗漏的深入分析,并对建筑外墙防渗漏的施工技术进行了研究,并对当前建筑外墙防渗漏措施进行了详细阐述,以供同行参考。
