1 临床资料 例1,男,26岁,歼-6飞行员,飞行时间730h。1990年10月健康疗养。无主诉,否认眼外伤史。视力右2.0,左2.0,暗适应时间22s。透照时发现双眼瞳孔区有片状阴影,扩瞳后在裂隙灯下观察,双眼晶体前囊膜见细碎散在的灰白色小点,后囊膜中央偏鼻侧呈斑片状不均匀混浊,混浊斑周围有半环状灰色混浊环围绕,晶体核透明。左眼见瞳孔残膜,右眼底见玻璃体动脉残留。诊断:双眼先天性极性内障。
