本文原系笔者为某培训班讲课时所写的讲稿,此处就原稿作了某些补充和修改。全文共分两章。第一章讨论堤前设计波浪要素的确定问题。其内容不仅适用于土堤,对于港口防波堤以及各种类型的防浪护岸建筑物亦普遍适用;第二章讨论沿海一带以及水库、湖泊,河流中的土堤的防浪护坡问题。素材来源于三个方面:1.国内某些单位有关的论文和报告,其中主要反映了南京水利科学研究所的科研成果;2.与本专题有关的国外的重要研究成果并加以简略评论;3.我国东南沿海一带筑塘工程经验的点滴小结。取材及行文,主要考虑便于工程实用,避免作过于繁复的数理推导,试图对问题作尽可能简洁的慨括说明。由于笔者水平所限,文中谬误及不当之处,在所难免,尚希读者批评指正。
This article originally wrote the lecture for a lecture by a writer, and made some additions and revisions on the manuscript here. The full text is divided into two chapters. The first chapter discusses the determination of wave elements in the design of dike. Its contents are not only applicable to embankments, but are also generally applicable to harbor breakwaters and various types of structures for preventing waves and revetments. Chapter two discusses the problems of wave embankments in coastal areas and embankments in reservoirs, lakes and rivers. The material comes from three aspects: 1. The papers and reports about certain units in China, mainly reflecting the scientific research achievements of Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic Research; 2. The important foreign research results related to this topic and a brief comment; 3 A Summary of the Experience of Building Tong Engineering in the Southeastern Coast of China. Drawing and writing, the main considerations to facilitate practical engineering, to avoid making too complicated mathematical deduction, trying to make the problem as simple as possible. Due to the limited level of the author, the fallacy and improperness of the article are unavoidable, and the readers still criticize and correct.
