本文通过大量实验研究了猪肝、洋白菜、桃叶等样品微量铬的测定方法.实验表明,对这类痕迹量铬的样品,应采用混酸(HNO_3—HClO_4)浸泡,消解完全;然后在硫酸介质中以KMnO_4为氧化剂,使铬被氧化到Cr(Ⅵ);调解pH至5~6,趁热分离干扰物质;严格控制显色条件;最后以改进的DPC分光分度法测其总铬含量。由于这些样品铬测定报道尚少,故通过对多种方法和对比方法之比较,提出了测定这类样品痕迹量铬的最佳条件和方法。此法准确度和精密度是令人满意的。
In this paper, a large number of experimental study of the determination of trace amounts of trace chromium in pork liver, cabbage, peach leaves and other samples.Experiments show that, for such traces of chromium samples should be mixed acid (HNO_3-HClO_4) soaking, digestion complete; and then sulfuric acid medium In the KMnO_4 as an oxidant, the chromium is oxidized to Cr (Ⅵ); adjust the pH to 5 ~ 6, while hot separation of interfering substances; strict control of color conditions; and finally with improved DPC spectrophotometric determination of the total chromium content. Because of the few reports on the determination of chromium in these samples, the optimal conditions and methods for the determination of chromium in such samples were proposed by comparing various methods and comparative methods. The accuracy and precision of this method is satisfactory.
