农业节水技术是提高农业生产水平,促进农业可持续发展的有效手段,不论是耕地面积的扩大还是单产产量的提高,这些粮食增产手段都离不开灌溉,随着世界水资源的日益紧缺,水资源不足已成为制约农业发展的主要因素,只有推广农业节水技术才能有效解决我国当前农业生产所面临的问题。农业节水技术推广是一项系统而复杂的工程,其推广过程受到诸多因素的影响和制约,只有对关键影响因素加以总结才能有的放矢的开展节水推广工作。
Agricultural water-saving technology is an effective way to improve agricultural production and promote sustainable development of agriculture. Irrespective of the expansion of arable land or the increase of yield per unit area, these measures can not be achieved without irrigation. With the increasing shortage of water resources in the world, Inadequate water resources has become the main factor restricting the development of agriculture. Only by promoting agricultural water-saving technologies can we effectively solve the problems that China’s agricultural production now faces. The promotion of agricultural water-saving technology is a systematic and complex project whose promotion process is influenced and restricted by many factors. Only by summarizing the key influencing factors can we carry out water-saving and promotion work in a targeted manner.
