一、工业企业经济效益问题的现状我国工业企业经济效益低下,是我国当前经济运行中的老大难问题。近年来,整个国营工业企业效益基本上仍呈现出持续下降或上升缓慢的趋势。这一问题,可以对比1984年和1988年全民所有制预算内独立核算工业企业的情况。 1、劳动产出效率:百元工资净产值由682.73元下降为587.37元,4年下降了14％;百元工资利税额由457.98元降为340.35元,下降率为25.7％。
