基本案情孙某,中共党员,A市副市长。孙某及其妻李某某、儿子孙某某(未婚,与孙某夫妇共同生活)名下现有6套住房、2个车位。孙某任A市副市长后,于2016年1月填报《领导干部个人有关事项报告表》时,在“本人、配偶、共同生活的子女的房产情况”一栏,只填报了其本人名下的3套住房,隐瞒了拥有其他3套住房、2个车位的情况。同时,孙某为规避报告,以其远房亲属名义购买了300万元理财产品,也未报告。
