患女,26岁。因高压锅爆炸,金属碎片击伤左眼,于1992年3月急诊入院。入院检查:左眼无光感,上睑可见约1cm长垂直裂口穿透睑板,睑结膜、球结膜明显水肿,结膜下大量积血并不断外渗。沿角巩缘自12、9、6点巩膜全层裂开。12点处沿球壁向后有约1cm裂伤,脉络膜及玻璃体嵌于其中,前房积血、晶体半脱位。立即在局麻下行显微清创缝合术。先以庆大霉素生理盐水冲洗脱出的玻璃体及脉络膜,继以尿激酶冲洗前房。从6点开始“8”字连续缝合球壁
