由于心脏射血是周期性的和间歇性的,从而使得动脉中的血液流动也是周期性脉动的了.本文将人体体动脉系统看成一既具有连续出流,又带有分支(即带有集中泄漏)的锥削管,用一维非线性瞬态流的方法分析和研究了人体体动脉中压力和流量脉搏波的传输和血管输入阻抗的变化规律.通过耦合支配动脉中血液流动规律的连续性方程和运动方程,导出了可由特征线法并用计算机求解的拟线性双曲型方程组.我们采用具有8个分枝、9个连续管段的人体动脉模型.动脉的几何尺寸采用已发表过的数据,并事先给定从心脏射出的流量波形,算得了脉搏波和输入阻抗以及它们沿动脉管的变化规律,所得结果展示了对正常人体所观察到的特性.
