经210加多炉的取消还原期炉外钢包喷粉精炼统计,我厂15T电炉的冶炼时间可缩短30分钟左右,节电80度/吨钢。精炼结果表明钢中的气体[H]、[O]和夹杂物的去除效果是相当显著的,[H]降到2~3ml/100克以下,[O]降到6~30ppm(浓差定氧),夹杂物的评级为1.5级以下,同时改变了夹杂物的形态。从经济效果来说,喷吹炭素钢时采用Si—Ca合金(3100元/T)成本上无收益。喷吹40Cr和40MnB可收益3—1元/吨钢。仅20CrMnTi钢冶炼中的Ti合金化,可以提高收得率2倍,降低成本9.6元/吨钢。本文将主要介绍采用CaO(16~20元/吨)基粉剂的精炼可能性及在15吨电炉中11炉精炼试验效果。它不仅可在现行工艺条件下,在钢包中脱硫20~30%,还能象Si—Ca一样改变钢中铝脱氧产物的形状,增大铝的脱氧能力。
