复方氨苯喋啶片的是治疗多种类型水肿及高血压症的复方制剂,药典[中国药典二部,1990:593,388]收载了2种单一成份制剂含量的测定方法。采用药典法测定复方制剂时,氨苯喋啶对氢氯噻嗪(双氢克尿塞)的测定有干扰,我们设计了双波长分光光度法测定,排除了干扰,不经分离同时进行2种成份测定结果满意。实验部分1仪器与试药仪器日立-330型,可见紫外分光光度计。
Compound triamterene tablets is the treatment of multiple types of edema and hypertension compound preparation, Pharmacopoeia [Chinese Pharmacopoeia two, 1990: 593,388] contains two kinds of single-component preparation method for the determination of content. When using the pharmacopoeial method for the determination of compound preparations, triamterene had an interference on the determination of hydrochlorothiazide (hydrochlorothiazide). We designed a dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method to determine the interference and eliminate the interference. Simultaneously, the two components were determined satisfactorily. Experimental part 1 instrument and reagent Hitachi -330 type, visible UV spectrophotometer.
