聚氯乙烯塑料制品工人肢端溶骨症(附65例临床X线分析)

本文对株州市某塑料厂从事聚氯乙烯塑料制品作业工人137名进行了劳动卫生学调查和系统的健康检查,并对工龄在3年以上的65名工人进了双手、双足X线照片,其中女性22人,发现指、趾末节骨末端有溶骨样等改变者计17人,占受检人数的26.5%,其中工龄在11年以上者14人,占患病人数的84.4%。其主要X线表现可分为: 1、末节指骨末端出现一个弧形的溶骨线。 2、丛状骨质吸收,而呈空泡样改变。 3、末端指(趾)骨一部分骨灰碎裂及穿凿样缺损等。 4、碎骨片接合和愈合,并产生畸形,使指(趾)变得又短又粗。另外分析了非聚氯乙烯接触者86只手及114只足的X线片作为对照组,在对照组中发现4例手指有空泡样改变,但程度轻于接触组,无指冠外形的改变,占对照组总照片中的2%,两组比较有明显差 In this paper, 137 workers engaged in PVC plastic products in a plastic factory in Zhuzhou City were investigated for labor hygiene and systematic health examination, and 65 workers in the service life of more than 3 years into the hands and feet X-ray photos Among them, 22 were female, and found that there were 17 persons with change of osteolytic appearance at the distal end of phalanges, accounting for 26.5% of the number of examinees.
