人类面临着严重的生态危机,其严重性远远大于经济危机。出路在于选择一种新的更加科学的理论来指导经济,同时遵循经济规律和自然规律,这就是生态经济理论;选择一种新的更加科学的经济发展道路,使生态和经济有机结合、协调发展,这就是生态经济发展的道路。得出这样的结论有三条主要依据。需要立即着手以下关系全局的事情:加强生态经济的理论研究;制定生态经济的发展规划和奋斗目标;变革生态经济的产业结构;实施发展生态经济的战略举措。
Humans are facing a serious ecological crisis whose severity is far greater than the economic crisis. The way out is to choose a new and more scientific theory to guide the economy while observing the economic laws and natural laws. This is the ecological economic theory.
