冶金工业部和中国金属学会于1986年10月28～31日在无锡市联合召开了工业炉窑燃煤会议和第四次燃煤学术会议。来自全国高等院校、设计研究院所和企业共65个单位的80名代表参加了会议。冶金部陈星、中国金属学会热能与热工学会理事长倪学梓、江苏省冶金厅副厅长(省金属学会理事长)陆开元、江苏省冶金厅顾问尹惠民等同志出席会议并讲了话。会上,代表们对粉煤火炬式燃烧法、水平式往复炉排及链式炉排等机械燃煤方法,煤水浆的研制和应用,旋风燃烧法等在轧钢加热炉上的应用进行了热烈的学术交流,充分肯定了这些方法的先进性、合理性,对其不足之处交换了意见。大家一致认为:各种燃煤方式各具
