目的观察金双岐片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果。方法选取2016年2月-2017年1月收治的小儿急性腹泻60例为研究对象,将60例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用金双岐片联合蒙脱石散治疗,对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,比较2组的治疗效果和临床症状改善时间。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大便恢复、退热、呕吐和腹痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金双岐片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿急性腹泻能取得良好的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of Jin Shuang Qi tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea. Methods Sixty children with acute diarrhea were selected from February 2016 to January 2017. Sixty children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with gold Shuangqi tablets combined with montmorillonite powder, while the control group was treated with montmorillonite powder. The treatment effect and the clinical symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.7%) (P <0.05). The observation group stool recovery, fever, vomiting and abdominal pain disappear shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Jin Shuangqi tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in children with acute diarrhea can achieve good clinical effect, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
